if never used cygwin so i can't help you there.

i'm not sure i understand what the problem is, but i would recommend that you let us start testing it. that way potential bugs can be discovered & it will be easier for us to see the logic of the application and contribute to solving problems.

Well to help, you just need to have access or to the crontab or to the .forward file of your server, and the patience to report all the bugs and problems that you will potentially find in order to have then fixed by my person. If you have coding habilities, then please you would be welcomed to help...
