Re: Enable PM and editing

I uploaded all the stuff you suggested. I had to re-upload the US English language pack and the style to get it working again, but the buttons were still gone. I uninstalled the US English and went back to British English, and everything works! Thanks a ton!

OK, I'll try uploading the full version, and we'll see what happens.

Re: Enable PM and editing

I'll be honest, I can't remember where I went to change the permissions. I want Newly registered users to have have same permissions as a Registered users. I'd be happy to make the account below an admin account if you would like to just look at the settings yourself. Thanks for all your help! Suppo...

Re: Enable PM and editing

I found in the permissions how to enable PM, so it is working now. However, I still do not see a button to PM somebody. You have to go into the UCP -> Private Messages -> Compose message to send one. This goes for both admin and regular accounts.

Re: Enable PM and editing

I looked at that, and it's already turned on. Any other ideas?

I'm almost done setting up my forum, but I cannot figure out how to enable PM and editing of posts. How do I turn these on?

Re: Twitter Profile Link

This is my first mod install, so please excuse my n00bness. I was able to do everything except for the changes to memberlist.php and viewtopic.php. I'm supposed to search for things such as $sql_where .= ($jabber) and 'JABBER_IMG'. In these files, I don't see anything that is even close to these thi...

Re: Only allow email addresses from a particular domain

Sounds like a good solution. Where in the admin panel do I set the blacklist and whitelist up?

Only allow email addresses from a particular domain

I'm setting up a forum for my fellow students in college. I want to make sure that the only people that sign up are students from my school, and the only way I can think of to do that would be to require them to use their student@college.edu addresses. I do not want people to be able to sign up with...
