Re: Updating to 3.2.2 from 3.2.1 TIMEOUT (Files Will Be Corrupted)

That's not true. There are numerous topics on here from people who have updated just fine. The majority of issues are actually caused by the host or by files not uploading correctly, neither of which is the fault of phpBB software. After you made the change in the file for the known bug, what happen...

That's mentioned in the sticky topic at the top of this forum on known issues.

Re: Can't get boards working after database location migration

According to this file http://www.hiddenflame.net/forums/styles/prosilver/style.cfg You're running 3.0.9. Support for 3.0.x ended over a year ago. It's likely the server is running a newer version of php that the 3.0 installation can't use so it's giving you a server error. The server error logs wil...

If you rerun it it should be ok but you can delete the /production folder in /cache as well to be sure.

Re: Updating to 3.2.2 from 3.2.1 TIMEOUT (Files Will Be Corrupted))

Most seem to get around that by changing $dbms = 'mysql' to $dbms = 'mysqli' in the config.php file.

Re: Issue with the Register option

At the end of the installation there's an instruction to delete the folder called /install
Have you done that?

Re: Automatic Update Package Not Working for Me.

You only need to use that if you have hard coded changes to the files.

Otherwise just do a straight file replacement.

Re: Moving Page Numbers ...

Just a note, I suspect it's there so that it doesn't overlap with long topic titles. See the 'extensions in development' forum for a couple of examples where you would see that happen if you moved it up to be level with the stats to the right.

Re: Forum Style Name

That board is running the version that works on 3.0.x
You cannot use that version even if you wanted to as it will not work.

You would need the one for 3.2.x if it exists.

Re: Forum Style Name

It's called Omega but you won't be able to use it because that board is running 3.0.11 and styles for 3.0 will not work on 3.2

Re: Custom Message

It helps to post the exact wording. I think you're after this 'ACTIVE_ERROR' => 'The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.', That line is in language/en/common.php If you're translating, it'll be in language/your...
