Moderators editing Admin Posts

Hello, Is there a way that I can set the permissions for the Moderator Group to not be able to edit/move/delete a post by an admin? I tried searching the forums but the page would not load completely. I searched with Google but only found the Moderator CP which is not what I am looking for. Thanks!

HTML not recognized

When I try to create a new post with html, the html code is shown once posted. HTML is ON. Basic codes like bold and underline work. Do I need to adjust a setting?

Gain Traffic & Members to a Forum

I recently created a community at GoogleForums.org. I would like to gain members along with increasing posts and traffic. Are there any inexpensive ways to gain traffic to the site?

Creating Usergroups & Ranks

I have just installed phpbb2 on my website. I am trying to decide which usergroups I need to create. I have looked around the phpbb community for some ideas. I know that I will need a Moderator Team to control the board. Do I need to make a rank for them? Please let me know how some other users have...
