No I do not use a question Callum. I give them an instruction. Example In the space on the right type in the phrase " Botsnaffoff " No bot has ever got through that in 7 years. Jim please can you talk me through how to do this :D do i need to go to new registrations then captcha or recapt...

it is set to "by user" now, should i keep it as that? no other member has had a problem until now or should i set it back to "none" and have her to activate the registration email (not sure she has done that? had no reply as yet) she is on the memberlist this is so confusing :oop...
