Re: More Smilies

Have you updated your style to 3.0.6 yet? Smilie pagination is one of the new features.
My board is now on 3.0.6. but how do I update my styles?

Got it thanks!

Re: Odd language in backend ACP

Have a similar problem.
Actually I downloaded
lang_de.zip
lang_de_x_sie.zip
lang_en_us.zip
lang_es.zip
lang_nl.zip

I did a text search. None consist the textstring "VERSIONCHECK_FORCE_UPDATE" !

Neither can the string be found in "phpBB-3.0.3_to_3.0.6.zip"

Fatal error: Not able to open ./cache/data_global.php

Hi,

received today this error msg when I tried to access my board:

Fatal error: Not able to open ./cache/data_global.php in /www/htdocs/v114236/treefern/includes/acm/acm_file.php on line 106

Didn't changed anything lately.

Please help, thanks
Peter

Re: Board appearance changed

Thank you.
Yes, it is an browser issue.
It depends on how small/big you choose the appearance with Ctrl "-"/"+".

It only works perfect with seamonkey. With firefox (screenshot before) and IE7 there will be at least 1 version with missing separation lines.

Neverthless, is there any workaround?

In board view as in topic view (see attachment) Can someone give me a hint. thanks Peter Board PS: This is only in subsilver2 ...

ebay - editor kit

With phpbb 2.x I had some single topics with different ebay stuff. They were quite nice frames of all found stuff I defined. Looking like someone posted it *realy*. ( Example ) AFAIK this works only with the editor kit which produce a javascript line. Now with phpbb direct html (and of course javasc...

Re: 3.0.1 - changes Documentation

Thanks, but unfortunately I think that I'm just stupid. ;)
I already d/l (nearly) all files, but I can only see old and new versions but no documentation like "line xxx changed in yyy".

thanks

3.0.1 - changes Documentation

Is there any documentation about the source changes?
Esspecially on the templates?
Because I already have a own template based on subsilver, but I don't know what I have to change on this one.

thanks

manage Font Size

I noticed that phpbb got a significant reduction in font size. May I ask if a feature would be possible that the user could change the basic font-size? If X is the basic font size all other sizes are calculated like x+3 or x-1. Other pages have this sometimes too. Most times small and bigger icons o...

Re: Probs w/ $sql_array

That's wasn't :( I found additionally that my where-clause was wrong. To set the where-clause in $sql_array isn't correct. It should left blank. Instead $sql_where have to be supported. I did it too, but the 'new' SQL seems to can't find anything. :( PS: How can I echo an complete array (for debuggi...

Probs w/ $sql_array

I'm not very happy about the solution Lew21 gave me for the last post Mod . Changing DB without (realy) necessity to work with a mod ist not very clean IMHO. I tried to find a solution for myself. Primary the SQL (using MySql) is quite easy and straight forward: Select f.*, topic_title from phpbb_fo...
