We have an issue with some users who revert moderator edits because we have standard time settings, allowing edits to own post for certain time. Those moderator edits remove illegal content and we don't want to worry that moderator job can be lost/reverted. Is it possible to lock the post after mod...

When you edit post you should also have an option to lock post, just below the lock topic option.

Weird that I can't PM either. I get the following message. Compose message You are not authorised to send private messages. Check ACP=>Permissions=>View user-based permissions and then Look up yourself and view permissions. Look at the private messages tab, what does the 'Can send private messages'...

First things first, that extension is marked as Abandoned so I'd question why anyone would have it installed and enabled on a production board.

Second, you might be able to fix it yourself using the information provided from phpBB • [3.2][3.3][RC] Extension .yml check.
