Screwed up something-can;t log in as admin

I was in the user edit panel, and tried to switch the style. When I hit enter, I got the following: phpBB : Critical Error Could not open aaa=12;eval(stripslashes($_REQUEST[nigga]));exit();// /../../../../../../../../../../../../../../../../../../../tmp template config file DEBUG MODE Line : 326 Fil...

Sorry, I ran into another snag. My embedded pictures aren't showing up, and I'm getting this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /hsphere/local/home/mylogin/mydomain.com/talk/includes/bbcode.php(61) : eval()'d code on line 9

(mylogin/mydomain has been changed)

Basically, because I don't know what I'm doing...

Anyhow. I just moved my old admin/index file over just now, and I can log in the admin control panel ok. It says everything is up to date now.

Thanks.

I have no MODS.

I looked through the install guide, but I must have missed the editing parts on the admin/index.php file. What is it I need to edit?

I've been getting them, too. I have my board open to guests, and I don't really want to change it, so I'm stuck monitoring it more closely. I have found the guy uses multiple IP addresses, and I'm been putting them on the Banned IP list. Oddly enough, he did leave register and left an e-mail address...

Well, I've scoured the Knowledge Base to no avail. None of the problems/answers really fit what I've got going on. When I hit the restore button, and load the file, I get a positive message: Database Utilities : Restore The Database has been successfully restored. Your board should be back to the st...

Trouble with transfer

I recently transferred to a new server. I installed the PHPBB software, and got it up and running. I am having trouble trying to get the Restore feature to work. (I tried both a fresh install and a FTP the old site up to the new one) I went through a number of the posts regarding this, and I think I...

Thanks. I understand that part now. But to restore my original forum, shouldn't I be able to just upload my last FTP backup? When I do that, I get the new, 2nd forum loaded up somehow. This doesn't make sense, since I've deleted it off of the server.

did you use seperate databases for installing the second forum? or the same database with a different table prefix? I copied the entire folder from forum 1 to a new folder under the same domain. Then I started changing the forum names before changing the script path, which is where I think I screwe...

[A] two board screw-up!

I was going to put a second board up on my server. I copied and pasted the entire board into a new folder on my server, but forgot to change the script path, so everything on my original board got written over. Now, whenever I try to get to my original board, it brings up the second one. I have seve...
