I have just uploaded the files again but it has made no difference, here is a screen shot, the install folder is there.

I have followed these instructions to update from 3.2 to 3.3 https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3.3/ug/upgradeguide/upgrade32/ but when I get to step 12 and point my website to the install folder it lets me into the ACP but there is not update button. Before I upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3

Is there a way to stop users login on or a way to disable the board while the upgrade takes place as whenever I do an upgrade I am suddenly bombarded with emails saying the board is down and sometimes if the upgrade does not go to plan the emails keep coming until I'm up and running.

Just up dating from 3.2.8 to 3.2.9 and after I clicked on the update button I get this message

There were many files missing for some reason, I re-downloaded the zip file and use 7zip and everything is fine now.

Just had this reply back, that's the end of that then.

"Thank you for your interest in NuCaptcha. Currently, we only support Enterprise customers so I do not have a suitable product to offer you. I recommend looking into Google reCaptcha as an alternative solution."
