If that error log is a continues excerpt from the original one, something strange happens on your host because you can see two different dates from different time zones.
And they don't match because (as far as I know) denver time zone is 7 hours behind UTC and not nearly 14 month ...

You still can (when you know the "secrets" of php), but all you need is already in the file - just read the documentation at the beginning ;)

What about hover effects? It depends - there are some useful, but some "designers" misuse the system and use half of the screen for a hover menue - and thats annoying when you hit the position with your mouse pointer by accident. Did you check the folder structure of the phpbb-subfolder in the package? That should give you an idea of the classes ;)

Or simply search for "cache" as part of the file names in the folder structure

The apostrophes don't work because they are in php script, not because of the page format for the code. So, if the ext folder is still there, are the permission are set correct for that folder? Orthodox Christmas is just about a week ago ;)

And we are still waiting for "Winterwonderland" in most parts of Europe, so the banner gives us some hope :)

That is not correct - the attachments also disappear on post editing. And preview is on of the most useful function when creating a long post, esp. because there is no (builtin / working) WYSIWYG-Editor
