Lucky you - we have different rules (length, complexity and frequency) for different applications and systems. No chance to handle it without a password manager tool.

Oh, it is important - it prevents a user opening more than one (smilie) window at a time. When no name is given (_blank instead), every click on more smilies will open a additional window.

I would also advise against making too many members "Admins" Agree - and if you have a very busy board you can use the different predefined admin roles Screenshot_20191022_174358.png or self defined admin roles to give them only restricted admin access using the granular permission system

A lot of config values are cached for performance reasons. So clearing the boards cache from acp would be my first idea.
