Re: Edit History Feature

I understand that it would take up more database space, though in my opinion such a feature should not be on by default. Just having the feature, set to off by default but can be enabled by admins if they wish to use it would be awesome. Now, I'm already using the ext which is great. But who knows h...

Edit History Feature

<t>Quite and simple, a core feature where every all post edits are being logged to an extend set in the admin panel. Eg, how many revisions to save with the ability to compare each edit revision wit each other to see what has been changed and maybe a feature to restore the post to that specific revi...

Re: [DEV] Dark Mode

Github URL shows a 404. And as for the demo, I have no clue how to actually "switch" modes. There's no indication on the page anywhere to do so.

"Attempting" to copy vBulletin postbit theme style without breaking responsive.

Greetings everyone. I'm trying to copy over the vBulletin postbit (mini-profiles) to phpbb with semi-success thus far. vbulletin-1.jpg Because in my opinion I believe usernames should be at the top, user title & rank below that and then the avatar with the other information. Ignore the HL verified, ...

+1

Wanting this as well. I'd like staff forum sections to be relayed to the staff channels on discord.

Re: vBulletin 4.2.5 to phpbb 3.2.5? Or using a middleman?

looks like phpBB 3.0.11 works with PHP versions up to 5.4.11 [ reference ] Well I tried using an older PHP4 (above 4.3.3) & PHP 5 (below 5.4) version. I often get the error: ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 8399: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server...

Well still a difference between phpbb and the converter in compatibility. But I shall try to downgrade even more. Hopefully that'll make a difference.

Re: vBulletin 4.2.5 to phpbb 3.2.5? Or using a middleman?

Thanks for replying. No, wasn't on a live host. I've installed Ubuntu 16.04 on my laptop with a ppa that contained php 5.6 and only installed the required extensions to get php, MySQL and installation to work. Suhosin wasn't one of them. No mod security either. You think I should downgrade the php e...

vBulletin 4.2.5 to phpbb 3.2.5? Or using a middleman?

So, I've been 'attempting' to get a converter to work from vBulletin 4.2.5 to 3.2.5 for a lot of days now. I even attempted: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=1968375&start=150#p13252438 To install from a phpBB 3.0.11 installation, with semi success. It appears that forums, threads, et...

Ah, I was more referring to the SteamID64 issue :). That people use the entire steamcommunity.com/xxxxx link while they only should use the numbers.

Re: [RC] Steam Mod

i dont plan on changing anything with this mod it doesnt need and more features
It's not a feature suggestion I made but a bug report. It's an issue. Besides, isn't this mod in the "development" section? Meaning, it's still being worked on?

Re: [RC] Steam Mod

First, I don't think it's a good idea to support CustomURL. People can change their CustomURL (on steam) and someone else can use it. Thus it may lead in to false information on the forums. Also, Possible you can change the mod a little bit regarding SteamID64 registration? Too make people use the F...
