Re: Login Sessions

Okay so I've got it to redirect, but it won't tell phpbb that I'm logged in. Basically i can login and get redirected to my site but on the phpbb side it doesnt recognize that I'm logged in. So... What would I do to this in order to redirect to http://www.mysite.com if logged in? And let phpbb still...

Re: Login Sessions

It's easy to get $user->data["user_id"] > 1

But I want phpbb to know that Im logged in. So I've just copied my ucp.php and renamed it. Now I'm customizing it to do what I want. But i can't find where in it to change so that instead of going to the forum index but instead go to my site index.

I've just decided to make a custom ucp.php. Where in it does it direct to the forum index upon login:?

Login Sessions

I'm writing an external login for PHPBB. I was wondering what are all of the sessions names? I've been going through the phpbb files and in the session.php there are several different important sessions. One being session_auotlogin. I'm guessing this session is set if a user select the remember me o...

PHPBB Session

Hi. I'm writing a simple login script for my PHPBB. The login portion works, and I can easily use PHPBB sessions to check if a user is logged into the forums. Here's where I'm having trouble. When a user uses my login form I want to trigger PHPBB's login session. But I've got no idea what it is call...

Re: 3.10 Session Integration

All right. No more errors. But something is up with the if statement. If isn't acknowledging that I'm logged into my forum. It just says Please log in no matter what. Any Ideas? <?php define('IN_PHPBB', true); $phpbb_root_path = (defined('PHPBB_ROOT_PATH')) ? PHPBB_ROOT_PATH : './forums/'; $phpEx = ...

Almost have it fixed. No more errors, but it won't keep me logged in.

Re: 3.10 Session Integration

This used to work in versions other than 3.10 So there has to be something different with phpbb 3.10 from the rest. It isn't a syntax error. The only thing I could think of is the common. should be common.php But with or without the .php it doesn't work. <?php session_start(); define('IN_PHPBB', tru...

Re: 3.10 Session Integration

Just an internal server error. So I have no clue which line is literally causing the problem.

Re: 3.10 Session Integration

Okay. The code just says common. But needs to be common.php. That's fixed, but I still get errors. Any ideas? <?php define('IN_PHPBB', true); $phpbb_root_path = (defined('PHPBB_ROOT_PATH')) ? PHPBB_ROOT_PATH : './'; $phpEx = substr(strrchr(__FILE__, '.'), 1); include($phpbb_root_path . 'common.' . $...

Re: 3.10 Session Integration

The error has something to do with this part of the code,

Code: Select all

// Start session management
    $user->session_begin();
    $auth->acl($user->data);
    $user->setup();
Has the session been renamed, or changed in any way in 3.10?

3.10 Session Integration

I've been integrating PHPBB's session with my site for some time. But now it won't work with 3.10. Could someone tell me why this code won't work with phpbb 3.10? <?php define('IN_PHPBB', true); define('ROOT_PATH', "/forums"); if (!defined('IN_PHPBB') || !defined('ROOT_PATH')) { exit(); } $phpEx = "...
