No, it comes from app itself. There's a Like/Dislike functionality but it's totally different to Like.

I am unable to find any menu/module in the ACP that shows I have any Styles installed other than General > Board Settings > Board Style

If I click on Customize in the screenshot above then go to Style Management, I still only have "Install Styles"
