Re: Forum types...

All that you want to do can be achieved using the permissions system in phpbb3 Really? So, make the forum non-visible, for all, but the portal admins. But still give permission to reply to all. Gotta test this, if I can give an update-only permission. Still though, I would really appreciate if one ...

Re: Question about the server this site is on.

For those who have unix access; I have been using the tunining-premier.sh program. The mySQL parameters are set in the my.cnf file. So this scipt is running against your mysql and looks that the variables and stats; then makes recommendations. I have been using it and find it useful. Also; below are...

Re: Forum types...

Hi David,
Yes, I only want to add one or two more. I am not interested in a mod where you can keep editing the types. I first assumed that there would be a db table forum_types that I can easily add, could not find.
Thanks,
Mehmet.

Re: Birthday required field?

I think one workaround could be to go in the code and get rid of the out of the box birthday, and then create a custom profile attribute Birthday! :).

I am kind a suprised that customer created ones can be managed, but standard ones are not!

Hi, He attacked form avatars directory. I should have done something wrong with my latest upgrade. At this time, we changed permissions of ...
