Re: [3.2][3.3][RC] Privacy Policy

Hello, I'm testing this great extension and I begin to understand its way of working. However, after validating cookies + privacy, I get the usual popup to accept cookies, I click on Accept and the popup disappears but comes back after 2 or 3 seconds. This is on a local server. Re: New Install of 3.2.8 test forum

When this message appears instantaneously, the reason can be a missing mysqli module in php.ini.

Re: How old is your phpBB board?

Our forum has Apr 11, 2000 in the ACP.
I don't know whether this date is reliable.

Re: User xxx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

As a matter of fact, I had chinese addresses asking for up to 20 pages/second.
I intercepted them in the .htaccess file and I'm a happy camper again.

Re: change captcha -> MySQL server has gone away

On hosted web sites, it can also happen because another user overloads the server.

User xxx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

Hello, Since a few days, I get this error message in the morning and in the evening, without a clear link to the real (or perceived) board traffic. My host is a shared host with a 'max_user_connections' setting of 40. The database limit is 4GB and the current size is about 1.90GB. My board has about...
