Re: More information in activation email

If you have a minimum knowledge of php, beware that you'll have to redo the change for each next version.
I don't have the time to make a real extension.

Re: More information in activation email

Have a look in the code. Its evident. You need to extract more from the data array and to build the location item with the query.
It has nothing to do with the dutch or french version.

Re: Microsoft buys Github

I think that MS needs Github and didn't want that somebody could put his hands on such a strategical tool.

One should consider that all MS code now takes the form of deposits, not necessarily public.

Re: It's not possible to bulk delete posts containing a keyword, right?

I would rather use

Code: Select all

UPDATE phpbb_posts SET post_text = 'Message text deleted' where post_text LIKE '%some_string%'

Re: Why is there no canonical URL in the search results pages?

I'm the author of this extension (indexing extension) which piggybacks another extension (topic tags).
I just wanted to know what is the situation and why.
I already added a canonical URL in the head of those pages. This is not really difficult.

Thanks anyway for answering.

Re: [3.1][3.2][RC] Glossary 2.1.0

I uploaded on github a new version (2.1.0) which takes in account the remarks of the testers in the validation process. No changes in the user interface.

Re: Why is there no canonical URL in the search results pages?

Thanks, this would be an explanation. As a matter of fact, those pages are not exactly searches. There are static pages (taxonomic tree) and the leaves of this tree are searches. See https://www.insecte.org/forum/app.php/index?mode=aiguillage for the main tree and https://www.insecte.org/forum/app.p...

Why is there no canonical URL in the search results pages?

Hello, I was trying to understand why Googlemaps tells me that I have so much pages without canonical URL and tried to find the reason why. I found that the searching scheme doesn't put a canonical URL in the header. This could amount for a fair number of such pages pointed to by Google. More, on my...

https://github.com/pierrdu/lmdi_gloss

I commented out the trial code in getSubscribedEvents and the version checking is done in both functions (for 3.1.x and 3.2.x).

Re: How to know phpBB version in getSubscribedEvents?

Well, it doesn't work.
Here is the code snippet :

Code: Select all

global $phpbb_container;
if ($phpbb_container->has('core.text_formatter_s9e_render_after'))
{
	var_dump ("True. Version 3.2.");
	// return array...
}
else
{
	var_dump ("False. Version 3.1.");
	// return array...
}
