I don't think so. Wordpress is a blog - phpBB has another structure, because it is a bulletin board.

You can copy your topic into new phpBB topics manually.

Thats no bug, its a feature... Was removed with one of the last updates. All is fine with your installation with this point.

may be your upload has had some breaks of a second. Happens. Than the files exist - but are empty. Overwrite them. Make sure your original uploads/downloads are binary (settings!), otherwise files are changed in an unexpected way. Re-upload the Vendor directory. Contains a lot of files, may be you l...

hm - there is an option "oAuth" under ACP - Authentication. But I use Db. My oAuth-tables are empty.

This could happen if someone else has sent a post during the first member was writing. Often the people don't notice there is a preview only and they have to send again, because a new post has been sent in the meantime.
