phpbb alphabetizing incorrectly

This is so strange. Is there a cure for this peculiar issue? I've seen other oddities in regard to how the forum software handles quotes and other symbols, but this is ridiculous. v3.0.11

Re: Image orientation in plupload, using EXIF

Thanks. If phpBB ever joins the 21st century regarding image uploads, I'll be happy to upgrade, but I see it's still doing the antiquated thumbnail thing. Sigh...

I really do have issues with improperly oriented images upped from mobile devices.

Re: Image orientation in plupload, using EXIF

What phpBB version does this refer to? I have 3.0.11, and see no way to implement.

I went to a lot of time and trouble some years back to add some resize image code I found, and have been scared to death to upgrade since.

Remove "(based on users active over the past 30 minutes)"

I've looked and looked and found one reference that doesn't seem to apply. I want to keep Users Online, just hide the bit about for how long. Please help!

Re: [RC] Move to Trashcan 2.0.5

No idea how to make this work. I can't seem to find instructions. It took me 20 minutes to find "Trash forum ID:" where we're to insert a number. I did that, refreshed everything, and no additional menu item added to Quick-Mod Tools. You also describe other features that apparently require detailed ...

Re: Automatically Resizing Image Attachment Uploads

The author was kind enough to email me a solution, and here it is: Open ./includes/functions_posting.php and locate the following line : $file->move_file($config['upload_path'], false, $no_image); Add the following code BEFORE that line: // Modify these params accordingly to suit your installation $...

Automatically Resizing Image Attachment Uploads

I'm sorry if this snippet already has a thread, I searched for quite a while and came up empty. Automatically Resizing Image Attachment Uploads With PHPBB I found this online, and it purports to do exactly as I want, but doesn't maintain the proportions of large image files, instead deferring to the...

Re: Previous topic/next topic in prosilver

This doesn't work properly when the forum is set to Sort by: Subject. It only seems to work with Sort by: Post time. How do I get this feature to respect sort options?

Edit: I just checked and this is a bug in Subsilver.

Sorry, total noob here. Come someone please direct me toward the issue? Doesn't like the word "collate"? Display Topics default

I'm sorry, I searched and came up empty. I want to be able to change 'Display Topics' default from Forum Administration, so that I can have one section that defaults to alphabetical topic display. I know users can do this from the bottom of the forum page, but that seems pretty obnoxious since each ...
