Re: [ALPHA] Multiple File Upload 0.0.3

I got the mod working well for uploading multiple files with a few small tweaks. However I have found it does not handle comments well. It will multiply the same comment out to multiple attachments. Not really THAT big a deal for me though as 99% of my board's uploads are uploaded with out a comment...

Re: Disabling Persistent

I believe it is creating the cookies wrong. Looking up information from when I login, it's not creating session cookies, which it should be doing if persistent login is disabled. And the cookies it does create: "Expires Thu, 10 Dec 2009 06:10:18 GMT" Expire 24 hours from now, leaving me logged in fo...

If I clear my cookies it logs me out.
If I log back in, close browser, reopen browser, I am still logged in.
I've tried this on multiple browsers on multiple machines.
I think there is a bug in phpbb's cookie handling some where.

Disabling Persistent

Server Configuration -> Security Settings Setting "Allow persistent logins:" to "No" doesn't seem to actually work. It hides the "keep me logged in" box, but you can remain logged in between browsing sessions. Login, close browser completely, reopen browser, go to forum. I am still logged in. :evil:...

Re: RC5 -> RC7 Incorrect meta refresh URL's during upgrade...

I just wanted to update this thread for others with the same issue.
I never did anything about it.
I just installed the RC8 patch and that has taken care of the problems!
Everything is functioning as it should again. Yay! :D

Re: RC5 -> RC7 Incorrect meta refresh URL's during upgrade...

yeah, this has gotten pretty frustrating.
I might just end up ripping the database out, completely reinstalling RC7 from fresh, and reinserting the database to see what happens.
Most of the admin buttons and refresh urls are wrong now making the admin panel very broken. :cry:

RC5 -> RC7 Incorrect meta refresh URL's during upgrade...

Durring the file check on RC7 it kept trying to reload the page to: http://mysite.com/install/whatever Instead of the proper forum URL: http://mysite.com/forum/install/whatever And now it is doing a similar thing when trying to login to the ACP. All the other links you click work, but if you wait fo...

Re: [BETA] Flash Video (FLV) integration (v0.2.4)

For it to work in RC7 you also have to change in functions_content.php:

Code: Select all

$l_downloaded_viewed = $user->lang['VIEWED'];
To:

Code: Select all

$l_downloaded_viewed = 'VIEWED_COUNT';

Re: rc5 to rc7

I've had massive problems attempting to upgrade from RC5 to RC7. I didn't have any SQL problems though.
Let's just say thank god for backups.

What version MySQL are you running?

Re: [2.0.15] Signatures control

I see a weird glitch with this mod on 2 different forums I have it installed on. If you go to user management and change their ability to display signature to NO, it doesn't work. To the use you applied it too, it hides EVERYONE's signature from being displayed when they're viewing the site, but to ...

RC3 Download Links Down?

I can't seem to download any flavor of RC3.
I have tried 2 different machines on 2 different ISP's, so I believe the links are down.

Please advise or fix links :cry:
