But the problem is not the same, only need to resolve the permisions on New registered users on the 'users' SQL table.
Some idea?

THIS IS THE SOLUTION FOR NEW USERS:

UPDATE phpbb_users SET user_topic_sortby_dir = 'd' WHERE user_topic_sortby_dir = 'b';

UPDATE phpbb_users SET user_topic_sortby_type = 't' WHERE user_topic_sortby_type = 'b';
Now I need to repair the users with the fail... some ideas?

It should definitely be the forum sort order, only fails on forums with post... Do you think my error comes from this moment???
Since october 2013 on my forum I make a lot of changes and the last was on March, installing a new FRESH phpbb 3.1.2 and only import my tables on the sql...
On that moment I checked everything works fine...
Is possible to check another thing?

How to update all forum codes after update?
Before I used STK but now I tried dbtool-1.1.0 but it doesn't repair the BBCODES used on forum from 3.0 .... If I edit the post they autocorrect...

Some Ideas?

How I make default page portal? I change .htaccess to portal.php but it doesn't works

PS- Sorry I put app.php and now WORKS FINE.
