Can you please tell me where to store the HTML file so the it shows up in the Template drop down menu

Where is the color palette located? The file that is the "color palette"
When I click the font colour button it expands but the palette does not appear.

when you click the font color button the pallet does not appear.
The button changes but no pallet.

I've been trying to think of a way this ACP edit function could be useful to people with access to their file directories, and this is what I came up with. Holiday theme Mods, small style changes for the holidays can be made in the ACP and after the Holiday just refresh back
