Re: Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

have you contacted your host about any of this? have you used your ftp to check the files etc to see if all is ok there? when I access your site I just get a blank page which is usually a symptom of a php error. I don't think it's the host's fault. My CPU overloads due to mysql issues as I have man...

Re: Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

Greetings, Over 6 hours have passed and I request for help again! This was not caused by my fault. I did what you requested! Also, my site is phpbb connected to Joomla via p8pbb bridge. This is something I didn't mention but you also didn't ask in the first place. You might think that I should just ...

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function 2.Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) About No.2 this might mean that Mysql or style files crashed when the error appeared when Reparse B...

Re: Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

The other developer basically is a company. Right now Iam sure that they are on vacation because it's mid August and on Friday they had a celebration in their country. The product manager is online but not responding, the developer is offline. The fact that the "Reparse BBCode" is resource...

Re: Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

I just wrote that the forum_wiz folder from the backup file doesn't work. 2 Backup files of 36GB are corrupted .The 3rd and last one (16/8) is downloading now (20%) and Iam sure this will be corrupted too, due to a combination of Cpanel and Server issues (internal server errors which cause corrupted...

Re: Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

I found out this topic Different error, and also not caused by the Support Toolkit. Just because an error shows up when you run a tool doesn't mean the tool caused the error. That was the case with the topic you pointed to and is almost certainly the case with your board now. Seems your developer m...

Re: Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

First of all, let's take everything from the beginning: 1)I Have asked you 3 times if I can upload all the "forum_wiz" folder and if this will affect any of my topics. Are the topics stored only in mysql database and not in files? Can you confirm that? Iam a newbie. So reply to me in what ...

Re: Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

There is nothing about the Reparse BBCode tool of the STK that would have anything to do with this. How did you update your phpBB. Who runs this server that crashed? The server is in Qhoster.com The forum developer that made these changes still has the passwords. Is there any way to find out who ch...

Support Toolkit restored my forum to an old version!

I have asked you in this topic to help me display all old youtube embed videos because bbcodes were not working. You told me to use the "BBcode reparse" option in the Support Toolkit . When I run this procedure, in "Step 7" as it was saying I got an internal server error (my serv...

Re: Default bbcode for youtube?

Ok I did the whole procedure but at about step 7 I get an internal server error. I have 3.0.12 I have a dedicated server with Quad Core accelerator and 16GB. The Internal Server Error is a very well-known issue for my server, because -guess what- the mysql manipulation totally sucks. I have 31.000 r...

Re: Greek translation: Terrible spelling mistake

Ok thanks ρε Μάκη. ;)

And how can I change the "Congratulations" to birthdays?

This should be "Χρόνια Πολλά στους" but it's not included in the udp file if I saw correctly.

About attachments

I have an issue with my developer who insists that the attachments in phpbb are not clickable  He has bugged my attachment procedure and now noone can click in attachment images. Well even if I would open a topic in test forum this won't help because he can't see it. It's invisible for him. An...
