imo no, everything should be lower case. ive seen some servers unable to open a file because it has a capital and the link to it is lowercase.

some hosts limit how many emails you can send per day/month maybe you have hit the limit ? Also have a look in acp logs for errors.

You, and the OP, may be confusing a forum with a board. phpbb.com/community is a board. 3.1.x Support Forum is a forum. By far the easiest way to anonomise from the public would be to have only one template, disallow members to change templates, edit that template to replace the parts where usernames show up, remove the pm, profile and quote button, disallow access to memberslist and hide whos online via admin panel....
