Auto Approve Posts

This is driving me nuts. I just started a new forum 2 days ago. And when new members sign up. The admin has to approve it. I tried getting rid of it but i can't find the settings. i would say.. advertise, advertise, advertise

But where? That's the hard part. Can't post on other forums and websites. They will ban you.

I always try exchanging links with other forum members or websites. The main source is Paid Advertising. Google Adsense Banners. But it can be expensive.

newbie Which server to use from home

I used to help an admin mange a forum so after years i finally decided to start my own. But i only manged it. I never actually installed it.

I heard there is a problem which i can use to unstall it using my home computer and make it live from my ip address. Any advice?
