how does this work?

Hi guys i want to know how phpBB allows users to submit HTML via a form and display that HTML on a post. What is the code which enables the HTML to be on. I really want to know what mechanism phpBB uses to disable the HTML and enable it.

easy styles problem

hi i have a problem, i altered the CSS in the overallheader template file, as a result around login boxes the border is thick how do i chnage it back to normal?
