You'll have to ask the hosts. If you have server access you can use the cpanel file manager. How did a folder get there without you having access? Cant get to cpanel either. I'm in an unusual position where I cant access the ftp(long story) but have owner/founder privileges in the acp. So is there any way I can resolve this issue without using a ftp? Or am I truly f***** ?

Alright thank you, I ended up replacing all the files I had messed with with the original copy, I will try again to change the name of the 'global moderator' to just 'moderator in a bit, and get back to you if I still get errors.
