Re: Phpbb 3.2.7 does not install with php 7.3

It's kind of ironic that the phpBB team always recommend that one update to the latest version of phpBB and even refuse to help users of older versions other than to "update" or "upgrade" and yet when there are newer versions of "php" or "MySQL" and phpBB is lagging behind one is greeted with a "wha...

Re: PHP 7 support

In many cases this is as simple as a PHP version selection in your hosting control panel; while in other cases your hosting support might have to make the switch for you, or tell you how it can be done. As the OP mentioned "server (CentOS 7)" they likely have their own VPS or dedicated machine so u...

I'm not using your extension but I can confirm that you've fixed it. All we need now is the phpBB team to fix the others

Re: Oauth bug in phpBB

I don't have that issue with my oauth extension... So github does indeed work with my extension but it requires the following callback: https://domain.com/ucp.php?mode=login&login=external&oauth_service=github - I was using: https://domain.com None of the others work though so for now I have added t...

Re: Oauth bug in phpBB

Indeed github works on your site but it doesn't on mine... On a side note, there is something strange going on with your extension. The github oauth button no longer shows up on my test board after entering the key and secret in ACP. I can see in the migrations file that your extension adds the foll...

Re: Oauth bug in phpBB

This issue is more wide spread than I first thought! Turns out if you attempt to view a profile when not logged in you're redirected to a login page with the following URL: https://domain.com/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2 Again, Oauth is broken :? In fact, if you're attempting to login from an...

Thx for reporting, I will test it again against this issue. :) What happens is this... 1. Go to a forum, topic or post and click on reply. 2. Click on Github - you will be redirected there 3. Enter your credentials 4. You get returned to forum where you get the error shown in my original post. (No ...

Have you reported the issue?
Who me? No... I came here to get more information and confirmation of the issue... 3Di provided this link: https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/pull/557 ... -488073115

So they are aware, not sure if it's been escalated or not though.
