sql problem after upgrade to 2.0.18

After the upgrade to 2.0.18 I can't use a sql_installer any more, after checking out the code, I found out it's because the upgrade placed these lines in the common.php

This is a nice mod :D .
Now one question. I just installed this mod, but my board has already a bunch of members. Some real members, some fake members. How can I fast check all the email adresses is my db, if they are real email adresses??

I have 2 problems,
One, if I use the search user button, the seach user window comes up, but if I then want to select a user, his name isn't transported to the ban form.

Second, when I banned a username, and then want to edit this ban the username field is empty...,

Hope you can help me, I use de moderator_user_ban Mod, can you change the code of the following php file so I can use it again. This mod uses the same template file as the admin_user_ban.php
