But when you try to click on any of those links, you get a "topic does not exist" message. Attempted ...

Re: Update from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6 - Data Lost

The three buttons on the Restore page are for achieving three distinct options. They are not options for achieving the same aim. Only the "Start restore" button will restore data from a database backup file to the database. If you chose the "Download backup" option a database restore isn't being un...

Re: Update from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6 - Data Lost

there is really no way you can lose any data doing an update from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6 however, you have not given us any information to go on. exactly how did you do this "upgrade" ( update is the proper term for this process) ? the proper way to do it would be to simply replace all the old files with n...

Update from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6 - Data Lost

Hi there, I did a backup of my site before I performed the update. Stored locally in my store/ folder. After completing the installation, my site is now missing almost 3 months worth of data. I've spoken to hosting and it's definitely not a problem on their end. I've been trying to restore the backu...

Re: Mentions

This is an amazing idea! A few members have requested something similar on my forum, as we are currently using the "quote" feature to do this. This would be perfect! Cannot wait.
