Upgrade 3.2.1 -> 3.2.7 not connecting ACP

I updated the forum from 3.2.1 to 3.2.7. (php 7.1)
After the upgrade, the administrator (founder) ACP panel will no available.
Admin user_type 3.
What could be the problem?

Just use a different base directories for the boards (e.g. /forum1 and /forum2)

Yes you are right. An extension to change the colors for forum-title and forumtitle I did not find, which would also be used on index.
