There is one error I already identified - during the upgrade the forums were not transfered correctly in the structure they were on 2.0 / MOD HIERARCHY, but all were put to top level category. i agree that biggest issue here are the closing tags that werent needed in 2.0 mod, else it can be done via the code mentioned above.
