Re: SSL server/cookie settings

"Force server URL settings:" isn't involved in this operation, it's a setting that usually nobody (almost) needs and serves other stuffs. "Enable URL Rewriting:" instead it is used to 'remove' the "app.php" bit from the urls, in case. That's how I got it working, by following your above post thank ...

Re: SSL server/cookie settings

Thank you. All set up and working.
I had a problem with the "Force server URL settings:" setting when turning it on (Yes)
It added https://http// to the url when logging in and out and going in to the ACP
Works fine without it enabled anyway.

Re: SSL server/cookie settings

Thank you for this. Worked for me also.
Just had a right nightmare after setting up SSL on my server.
Does the port need to be 443 rather than 80 in Server Settings ?

Re: [3.1][3.2][DEV] Email List

Oh, it shows that it's not the current version in the Extension list. and then I click details it does not show the version number in there.
At the top of the page it says

Failed to obtain latest version information.
Re-Check version

Does the same with your paypal donation extension also.

I don't know what I did or what happened but I went back in there today and it was back to normal. I wish I knew what it was  Nice upgrade process for me. Thank you. Thanks for the kind words. You probably arrived at the landing page of "Help support phpBB" in the ACP. Once you've made a decis...

Re: 3.2 Should be Pulled

Normal user, I did an automatic update from the lastest 3.1 version to 3.2 without issues. It did take a while and hang at 81% doing something but I walked away and make a cuppa tea. When I came back it was done. Opened up the board index and it was screwed up. Control and F5 fixed that but then Qui...
