Teamspeak 3 bridge for phpbb3.1+

Been digging and digging and it seems that nothing exists for this except for a few abandoned projects for ts2 and phpbb3.0. https://github.com/Cyerus/phpBB-mod-Lynx this is what I ultimately want / need but it needs updating. Perhaps someone is willing to take it over? I need something that lets me...

Enable phpbb as an openauth provider

Our community is looking for a plugin that turns phpbb into the central source of our authentication. It would ideally allow for other apps that allow for custom open auth settings, to authenticate against the forums. It would not need to maintain a single session, but instead just provide a way for...

Re: Offsite authentication - Use phpbb as openauth?

Here's a better question because maybe this would work for me. If possible, I could setup an OpenLDAP server and auth that way. However, looking into it, in the past PHPBB could not create new users in ldap, it could only authenticate against it. Is this still the case? If people could register and ...

Offsite authentication - Use phpbb as openauth?

All, I'm in dire need of a way to use phpbb as a means of creating an account in our community, and then letting other applications authenticate using phpbb's database. Can someone help in how one could do this? Maybe this needs to be an extension request? Just for example, we have a rocketchat serv...

Do you just mean make their title be "Forum A Moderator" ? Is there a way that if they are moderator for a specific forum, to have their name show that color or something in just that forum?

Re: Username color for specific forum(s)

Yes but I'd like people to be able to recognize the moderators for those forums when they make posts etc.

What would be nice maybe is a way to make ranks specific to a forum?

Username color for specific forum(s)

I have a forum that is based on subcommunities within the community. Think almost like reddit where I grant each forum to a set of moderators to run that sub community. Is there a way to set the color based on group they are in but have it not display that color change globally? As in, I only wants ...

Re: Migrate phpBB users to LDAP

How would one manually accomplish this? I lacked the foresight to pick an auth method that would allow me to link other services to it. I'm currentlying using the DB auth method and need to switch to LDAP after I setup an openLDAP server so my other services can all authenticate from the same place.

I'd like to bump this! A mod that would allow us to integrate usergroups etc would be incredible.

Re: [RC] Teamspeak Viewer EXT

I've gotten this extension to work wonderfully! Thank you! However, could you consider letting me know how to disable to footer on the main overall footer? I'd like to leave the one on the actual ts viewer page but it's redundant being on every page. I still want to give you your credit, but if I ha...

Re: Groups on Registration

Because I need more than one permission group. I need multiple. Well, do your own permission for that group I dont think I'm explaining well. I have mutliple categories that require you to be part of a specific groups. Group A gives you access to category A, group B to category B etc. I need a way ...

Re: [RC] Servers Board

It keeps telling me invalid IP even though I can confirm all settings are correct.

Can you verify what hostname should be from end users perspective? Maybe that's causing it?

68.323.170.138 is the ip im using. If I use 8.8.8.8 as a test, it accepts it as a valid IP address.
