I use version 3.1.6 and cant show in ext in admin menu any idea what to do ? ty

I try to find, but still find for different versions and when i upload it doesnt show in my admin panel... im looking for some ext like this http://b43272.try.invisionpower.com/gal ... 588536jpg/ to have add image option and when is uploaded to be visible like in the link.
