Well, this is my first attempt at a mod, and it fixed a major thing that was bugging me. Basicly, when a user quotes an image (may happen many times in 1 thread) the page loads the image again for the new quote, using bandwidth, taking longer to load, and increasing the size of the page. Code Crush IP Logger Mod (or similar) needed

Ive been searching for the "Code Crush IP Logger" mod, basicly it logs the ip of a user when they sign in or register. and it nicely displays it in a cool log thing.... ive heard that "Code Crush IP Logger" was a mod that can do this but i cant find it... :roll: are there any other mods that can do ...

sorry I assumed you know about that mod :oops: , since it's highly know for forums with lots of moderators (to keep them from doing damage :D and to punish them if necessary). it's the first mod that comes in the mod database for the admin tools. here's the link http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic...

Alright thanks, i thought i would have to backup the sql from phpmyadmin, then just inport it over the new sql, i guess i was wrong :lol: but the last time i made a backup like that, it just copied the user posts over and not the user names, so i had a forum with 1 user and over 50000 differnt user ...

Moving my forums, i want to preserve users+posts

Basicly what im doing, is moving my old forums (2.0.10) to a new server, with a fresh (2.0.11) install of phpbb. I want to preserve all my registered users and posts onto my new forums, i dont care about losing and mods i had installed. How would i do this????

I want to remove the View more Emoticons when posting

Basicly what I want, is instead of having to click "View more Emoticons" to insert an extra smiley, is i want all the added smilies to appear with the deafalt ones on the postpage. Im betting there is some simple way to do this but i sure cant find it....

Yes, when it wont increase post count when i post in the trash bin, but it wont remove a post count when i move something to the bin.

how would i make it so when i move a thead to the bin, that the posts in that thread dont count towards the users post count.

for example, a user has 100 posts, then posts 10 times in a thread. so he now has 110. then i move that thread to the bin, and now he should be back at 100
