At risk of sounding like an idiot... Where is the install.txt file for this mod? I didn't think there was one so I tried to guess! Apparently I have to edit constants.php...

Hi guys, Is there any way that you can set a topic to move to a different forum on a certain date? Without manually clicking a move command? For example if you had a topic devoted to organising a christmas meal and you wanted that topic to be moved to an archive forum after the date of the meal, cou...

Expiry date on topics

Hi guys,

I have searched for it but I cannot seem to find a way that a user can put a time limit on a topic so that when the expiry date is reached the topic disappears? It is for a company intranet.

Thanks
Matt

Everyone who has access to the forum has access to the network drive the file is on. The issue is more a browser one. One guy who tried to access the file got this error "Security Error: Content at http://10.2.5.61/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8 may not load or link to file:///P:/co-data/ITAG%20Preso.ppt....

Link to local files

Hi there, I want to link to a local file on a network drive such as "P:/myfile.doc" I've tried using file:///P:/co-data/market/test.doc but it only seems to work in internet explorer. Mozilla Firefox bring it up in the bottom left hand corner of the browser as being a link but when you cl...
