The best way is to give them infractions that may lead to banning...I would not consider keeping such members..

There's a lot of themes similar to that one... ask google and you will find them..

Is this a new forum? There are too many ways on how to upload your forum... If this is an old forum, I suggest to upload a new one and upload your sql files on phpmyadmin...

Try to edit your overall header... I think this would solve the issue..

Import your db from phpmyadmin and copy your files through ftp..
