Well, if you just want to make a website the phpbb.com website is not the best example to use. Better idea is to just start with a new symfony application and use that as basics.

It is also a potential security risk as you have no idea where you are going to. And as such it is a favourite function for phishing.

The license of the website is clearly shown on the github link, so if you read that, you can understand what you can do with it and what you can't. Facebook and twitter are a complete different platform, we do not have any photo's in general, so posting to instagram doesn't make much sense.
