Did you try fixing the cron, as mentioned in your previous topic; viewtopic.php?t=2641471

The cron doesn't need to have it enabled, it does need to have it disabled.
And right now in your apache config you explicit enable multiviews for all your domains, you or need to disable it there, or you need to disable it via a directory based path in your config, or in your. Htaccess file.
