Excuse my ingorance on this, but how would we know if a MOD we added to our forum, has a MOD Version Check Number File?

It would seem so far that, firstly, the posts are NOT making it to the database. This is in regards to the posts that never get a confirmation screen after clicking on the submit button.

Also, the trend seems to be that the posts are failing, mainly when the "quote" function is used.

The posts are not over the timeout limit. I as well as the other users complaining of the problem write a short post, click submit and it either just goes directly back to the topic without the post appearing, or it goes to the conifrmation screen then back to the topic with the post appearing. I have heard reports of this same behaviour on my forum as well.
phpbb3.0.0

I've also witnessed, posting a post, then it takes you directly back to the topic, without going to the confirmation screen, however the new post is NOT in the topic.
