Doesn't anyone have an idea how to fix this so it pulls in the player, as I describe above?

More information from my last question just above...

When I do a "View Source" on the phpBB page, here is all I see:

Code: Select all

<td colspan="2"><span class="postbody">
It doesn't pull in the Youtube code at all.

This has been 24 pages of frustration. The same questions posted, answered, and posted again and again. My problem has been posted several times, but never answered. First I installed multi-bbc-1-4-0.mod using EasyMod, and validated the installation. Next installed YouTubeMod using EasyMod and valid...

Developers make mistakes, it happens all the time. It's a mature developer (or development team management) that can admit the mistake and implement the change with minimal impact to the users. This includes efficient notification to all users, and support for the implementation of that fix. That's ...

Thanks for the response, I thought a modified table structure was preventing the forum from working when I reverted back to a basic version. But after reading your post, I did something I thought I had thoroughly done, check that all files had successfully uploaded. I did find one of zero size, and ...

Has anyone written a mod that will restore a database to it's original configuration without losing data?

Or is it feasible to do it manually? Compare a new db configuration with what is there now? Dropping columns as necessary?

I uploaded the folder, and copied in the old config file. I renamed the install and contrib folders, changed the name of the old folder, and named the new the same as the old used to be. The main page shows up, and the main categories, the categories and posts are there. But when I try to open an in...

Reinstall Questions

I have a board modified haphazardly over the last year, and I have not documented the modifications. Upgrades are getting much more difficult to do, and the last release I could not completely do as it was throwing errors. I am considering a fresh install with this release. If I were to blow away (o...

It wasn't in mine either, and I don't know why. After Easymod and uploading a new file, that line still wasn't there.
