Thats rubbish what they are saying. They can change the folder location of any application by using ScriptAlias in the httpd.conf

The error is because I have a dispute against paypal. My account is limited untill a case is resolved.

There is no other shop mod with paypal IPN integration that I know of..

Yes it is compatible, but I wouldnt use it. Its rubbish and full of bugs. I still use the 2.0.1 version and modded / updated it myself.
