Re: [3.2][BETA] Reply Template

Late to this party, but also wondering if the quick reply support is still planned for this extension?

Thanks!

Re: Database question - editing acl_groups and acl_users

It's version 4.9.1...

I just want to know if those warnings (any of the two above) are expected, or if there's something wonky about my db structure in those tables...

Re: Database question - editing acl_groups and acl_users

Is your table structure like this: http://prntscr.com/qemqnw ? I should really subscribe to my own topics... :) That looks right, but when I click on phpbb_acl_groups (the parent, not columns or indexes) I get this on xampp: https://prnt.sc/qi1oq2 and this on my host: https://prnt.sc/qi1p78 So on m...

Re: Searchable Bookmarked Topics page...

I'm not one for bumping topics generally, but searchable bookmarks - does anyone else think this is a pretty neat idea?

Or is this a silly question and already perfectly doable right now?

Thanks all :)

Re: Discuss: phpBB 3.3.0-RC1 Release

Terrific, thank you very much and congratulations! Congrats. One question though... If I update from 3.2.8, will I loose compatibility with all the extensions I am using? I have similar questions, and my first port of call is going to be https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=456&t=2528456

Re: phpbb to discord - we are falling behind!!

Ok so i made the folder and have managed to enable the extension. The webhook in the text channel has been created and i have added that URL to the ACP settings. I have tried to send a test message as it says but nothing is coming through to discord. Correct, it won't work until you added the adjus...

Searchable Bookmarked Topics page...

Hello community, I've been getting requests from users who want to be able to have a page just like the Unread posts one, but for their bookmarked topics. Now you can manage the bookmarked topics in the UCP, and I could simply create a direct link to that and be done with it, but the bookmarked topi...

Re: phpbb to discord - we are falling behind!!

The one you're mentioning does work. It just needs a tiny code change to deal with the latest discord API update, and you can find that here: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?p=15368266#p15368266 I've tested it, works fine. Of course it would be nice if it were actively developed and su...

Re: Database question - editing acl_groups and acl_users

I just go inside phpmyadmin and click on the phpbb_acl_groups table on the left.

The SELECT code displayed is

Code: Select all

SELECT * FROM `phpbb_acl_groups` ORDER BY `group_id` DESC

Database question - editing acl_groups and acl_users

Hello there, I am trying to delete a couple of orphaned permissions in acl_groups and acl_users. While searching the boards I came across multiple posts saying to edit the tables, but coincidentally, I can't edit those two specifically in phpmyadmin: Current selection does not contain a unique colum...

Re: Discord Notifications

Thanks for flagging this! I wouldn't even have noticed until much later (I'm suppressing error messages for obvious reasons). I'm using the extension on 3.2.8 and I'm pretty committed to keeping it working. Happy to share any adjustments I need to make for it in the future if this turns out to be ab...

Re: Statistics per time

Thanks for your reply and the tips! Those can definitely help for the future but, as you say, require some serious diligence and manual labour. For my current requirements though, I am looking for ways to extract data from the past. Like how many posts were made and users were registered in January ...

Statistics per time

Hello everyone, I am looking for a way to get detailed statistics for a forum over time. If you look in the ACP, there are things like average posts per day, new user registrations per day, but over the lifetime of the forum. What I am hoping to find out is what those numbers would be like per any g...
