Re: Topic prefixes now available

This is not an extension development topic. ;)

But I'll add a link to the first post for reference.

Re: Simple way to test your ext on TravisCI

Showing me what the error is and expecting me to figure out what you changed to fix it is not really what I'm looking for. Ok let's try this then: since you already know where the documentation is (saw you submitted a pull request for something else there) then you're welcome to send a pull request ...

Ok, and what did you do or change to get it to run?

Re: Submission for review when archive is too big

Seems to be using up a tad bit much of memory during the package processing causing out of memory errors. I'm trying to figure out a way around this, perhaps a way for queue managers to submit the extension for users while overriding the checks that are done during processing.

Re: Simple way to test your ext on TravisCI

After a long and hard journey I managed to setup Travis CI for a test GH repo. BTW the how-to Continuous integration with Travis CI is outdated and doesn't work, especially regarding EPV. This statement would be vastly more useful if you stated what, exactly, is outdated and doesn't work. Otherwise...

Re: Help for Titania

I'll just drop a brief note here to say that if what you're trying to do is assign a single contribution to multiple contribution types then you can't. We didn't design it for that purpose as it doesn't make any sense in what Titania was meant to be used for.

Re: Submission for review when archive is too big

Alright CDB is currently on the latest code. Can you try uploading again? If it doesn't work please provide the latest archive so I can try a few things.

Re: Submission for review when archive is too big

Just so I know what to try you're able to upload the archive but then validation times out, correct? We have been working on updating the cdb for some other things and will be finishing that up, although that will probably not help this.

Re: extension control panel

Are you talking about just having a separate route? If so then you're welcome to set that up within your extension and handle accordingly. From there you'd load bootstrap if you want. It might be possible to generate the HTML from included template files and just send that out to the browser overrid...

Re: Someone to make an extension for me

Then I think you'll have to abandon your plans or do it yourself. The scale of what you requested is not likely to be done by anyone for free as it would take hours upon hours adding up to days or even months.

Re: Change file.php to a fixed url for attachements

Oh! If all you wanted were reasons then those were given to you, several times. So if you have a solution that addresses ALL of those and does not simply eliminate some or all of them then you're welcome to provide those solutions in the ticket that was created for this. There isn't really anything ...

Re: Change file.php to a fixed url for attachements

What exactly the permission system in phpbb is trying to achieve? Trying to restrict the access to a file to certain forum groups so that one link will work for one user and not work for another? I cannot see the reason why anyone would use such a feature, but I explained how it can be implemented ...

That's exactly my point.
You point is that you don't understand whatsoever the permissions system? Because that's abundantly clear here with your continued insistence that somehow the file access control that is needed can be provided by some htaccess or server side changes.
