I uploaded the one you gave me but I still have the same issue.

All I see in the Admin index is 3 red x's, the time zone, and a link to my forum index.

Admin Index missing

I removed shoutbox and I can see everything in my Admin panel except the information under Admin Index.

I haven't a clue how to fix this.
