Error in ACP after update to 3.2.3 RESOLVED

I did a full update by uploading all new files then updating the database. Everything works except in the ACP, under the "Customize" tab, I see ACP_RECOMPILE_THEMES. If I click on that link, I get an error page with the following: General Error Cannot find module ./../includes/acp/\arty\scss\acp\scs...

Wonderful. I just contacted my hosting company to see when they plan on upgrading. In the meantime, I guess I'm putting the files back for 3.1.9

When trying to access the install/index.php file, I get the following error:

Forgot that part, it used to be refreshing the template would do that. Now, it's yet another step I keep forgetting. At least it wasn't a major fix.
