Server issue not a PHPbb issue :(

There could be extensive load on the server at the moment you get this error or a problem with the server itself.

mySQL server 3.23

I found it in the Upgrade script however maybe I got a glitch somewhere?

I host on Webmasters.com which up until this release gave me little problems. This problem was easily fixed I just wanted to post in case others ran into the problem.

I noticed in this file the database structure is calling for Smiles not Smilies when updating database files. This causes the system to continue to loop back to the database information screen. Fix is to edit file with smilies inplace of smiles. Sorry this isn't really a support question just an obs...
