Re: [BETA] CodeCrush Log System (v.0.4.1) (updated 20th-Nov-06)

Fixed it myself, thank you very much. First, found the sql translator here: http://sql.phpmix.com/ translated the logs_schema.sql from MySQL to MS-SQL (you have to separate out the primary key command from the column definition), dropped the old tables, and re-ran logs_install.php and got it working...

Re: [BETA] CodeCrush Log System (v.0.4.1) (updated 20th-Nov-06)

I've found out that the tables are not populating... Any hints?

Re: [BETA] CodeCrush Log System (v.0.4.1) (updated 20th-Nov-06)

Sorry if this has been answered, but at 52 pages you can't really find stuff in this thread. I've installed the log system on an MS SQL Server 2000 db, and can't get it to show me any data. I don't know if it's because the phpBB isn't actually putting data into the table or if it can't pull it back ...

Re: Login (admin) problems - help!

Exactly. What's strange is that this is a setting in the SQL, and I'm using one board as a trial board for modding before migrating the mods over to the live one - and the problem showed up in both today - and all that's shared between the two is the phpBB files, not the tables... Anyway, all clear ...

Re: Login (admin) problems - help!

It would seem that setting the proper cookie settings, or changing them, has no effect. I can log in properly using login.php, but once I hit the Login button, I get the error message - and when I try to navigate to admin/index.php I get the same error message. - d'oh - going through the phpMyAdmin ...

Login (admin) problems - help!

Hello, I'm having troubles with logging into a lightly-modded board. Specifically, I can log in but then I get an error in finding the server for the login.php page (ie the page won't load). Relative urls seem to work, though. (in IE the message unhelpfully says " Internet Explorer cannot display th...

Upgrade path files?

Hello

I can't seem to find the upgrade / update files for versions prior to 2.0.21. I have a system at 2.0.19 that I need to mod up to 2.0.22, can someone point me to a trusted mirror that will have the necessary files?

I used EasyMod 0.3.0 on both boards, and code changes (post-PM-correction version). As I said, it works on one but not the other, and the difference was that on the one that does not work, I had to comment out the "$chars = array( 'a', 'A'..." etc. bit (see custmguru's post on the previous page). e...

I've installed the 2.0.20 upgrade on two boards, one with PCP and one without. The PCP one I just commented out that section, and now the PMs don't work: I get

Parse error: parse error in {sitepath}/privmsg.php on line 1867

The other board's PMs still work. Ideas?

Jumpbox and Group management

Hello In a previous version I had the jumpbox able to show the entire list of forums available to users based on the is_auth code that was commented out of functions.php, but now I can't find the instructions on how to do that, and worse, when I did take out what I thought was correct, the system wa...

can't code / understand java-script.. sorry.

Neither can I. I just saw that the action was a pretty straightforward 'alert.' I'm not sure if there's another default javascript action that would do what you want...

I love this mod, but one thing I would recommend is moving the actual popup script out of the <head> and into the <body> so that the page gets fully rendered before the alert shows up. I moved it from overall_header.tpl to be the last thing in the overall_footer before the </body> tag. edited to say...

PM save / download?

Is there a mod to save PMs to a user's computer? Since we limit PM space on the DB we'd like to provide users with a way of keeping old messages themselves.
