I also ran the 2.0.11 to 2.0.13 upgrade, just replaced the files (second option). But I dont see any update_to_latest.php file to run. Was that file included with the 2.0.13 upgrade?

I've had this problem in the past. How big is your database file? I've read that if the file is over 2MB then you'll run into problems using the web-front-end. When I had this same exact problem, what I did was ask my service provider to run the restore commands from the command prompt with the file...

Upgraded to 2.0.13, Version number does not display

Hello, just had a quick question. I just upgraded from 2.0.11 to 2.0.13 and I've noticed the version number at the bottom of the page did not increment like it usually does. Now it just reads: Powered by phpBB © 2001, 2002 phpBB Group. Is it supposed to be like that? Of course, I dont have a problem...
